using SAMOON’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agreed to all the terms and conditions listed below.
1.
Account & Privacy
- Accuracy of
Information: You must provide accurate and
current personal information for commercial and shipping purposes.
- Privacy: SAMOON respects your privacy. However, if false or incomplete
information is provided, SAMOON reserves the right to suspend or terminate
your account and refuse service.
2.
Order Processing & Payment
- Processing Time: In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–5
business days. Please allow for longer processing times during
weekends, holidays, or in the event of stock shortages.
- Taxes & Duties: Shipping fees do not include
import VAT or customs duties. The buyer is solely responsible for all
import-related taxes.
- UPS Rural Surcharge: If using UPS, please note that an additional US$40–$60
surcharge may apply if your delivery address is classified as a
"rural area."
- Order Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been
dispatched. For urgent changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- Payment Security: We use PayPal exclusively for secure transactions. We
will never ask for your credit card information directly.
3. Shipping
Policies & Delivery Disclaimer
. No Delivery Guarantee Disclaimer: SAMOON does NOT guarantee successful delivery for international
orders. By placing an order, the customer agrees that all shipping risks are
borne by the buyer. No refunds or replacements will be provided for:
.Customs seizure
.Import rejection
.Delivery failure
- Methods: We offer shipping via Taiwan Post (EMS), DHL, and UPS.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days, depending on
customs clearance and local postal efficiency. SAMOON is not responsible
for delays caused by carrier or customs processes.
- Tracking: Package tracking information is maintained for 6 months
only.
- Customs & Risk: * UPS does not allow for undervalued invoices.
- While
EMS and UPS ship to specific regions, SAMOON has no control over
customs seizures or local regulations. The buyer assumes 100% risk
for failed deliveries due to customs issues.
- If a buyer chooses an
alternative shipping method, we will not accept returns, refunds, or
responsibility for lost packages.
- Compensation: For shipments with declared values lower than the actual cost,
any loss-related compensation will be based strictly on the invoiced
amount, not the product's retail value.
4.
International Compliance (Mandatory Modifications)
The
following requirements apply to specific countries. Please notify us if your
country has additional regulations:
- USA: Equipped with a non-removable
orange flash hider.
- Australia,
Germany, Italy, Russia: These countries
classify toy guns as weapons. Buyers must provide a valid import
license before placing an order.
- Japan: Includes a "10-shot
certification" to prove muzzle energy is under 1 Joule (tested
with 8kg green gas at approx. 28°C).
- South
Korea: Equipped with a
non-removable orange flash hider; power is reduced to under 0.2 Joules
via nozzle modification.
5.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Liability: The buyer assumes 100% responsibility and liability for
the use of purchased products.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping fees, including those for customer service or
replacement parts, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Legal Compliance: The buyer is responsible for ensuring all items comply with
local laws and regulations.
- Damage/Wrong Items: If the wrong item is received or the package is damaged, the
buyer must immediately provide photos and a short video to [email protected].
- DIY
Skills Required: Our
products require DIY skills and technical experience. SAMOON is not
responsible for damages caused by improper assembly or modification.
- Product Reference: Website data regarding power (FPS), speed, and color are for reference
only. Actual performance may vary due to environmental factors. No
refunds will be issued for such variations.
6.
Refund & Return Policy
- Condition: Returned products must be in brand-new condition with
all original packaging and manuals.
- Restocking Fees: * Missing items or packaging may incur a restocking fee of up
to 60%, or the return may be
denied.
- For EMS returns (due to
customs rejection or buyer neglect), a 40%
restocking fee applies. The buyer is responsible for both original
and return shipping costs.
- Final Sale: Products that have been used, fired, or modified cannot
be returned or replaced.
