When you use SAMOON's service, it means you have read, understood and agreed with all the terms of service.

- You must provide your real personal information; this is for commercial purposes only. SAMOON respects customer privacy. If you provide any false or incomplete information, SAMOON has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all or part of its service.

Order Processing
1. We will handle and ship all in-stock items within 1~5 business days. You may experience a longer processing time for orders placed over the weekend and during the holiday season, or out-of-stock condition.
2. Shipping fee doesn't include any import VAT and Tax, buyer is responsible for import tax and VAT.
Note: If you choose UPS service, they may list your area as a rural area and charge an additional fee ranging from US$40~60.
3. Orders can't be cancelled once it is sent to shipping. Please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] to request any order changes.
4. We use the credible Paypal system as our only payment method; we never require credit card information from customers.

Shipping Policies

Taiwan post office -EMS, DHL, UPS
2. Delivery time 5~7 working days depends on the import customs clearance and the local process efficiency. We don’t control if any delay in the delivery.
3. Order package tracking period: 6 months only.
4 UPS don't offer reduce the value on the invoice. 
5. EMS,UPS offer to ship toy gun in specific areas , but do not have any control over any customs issue or confiscated by the local customs on this item. The buyer is willing to take the risk of the failed shipping.
6. If buyer choose to ship goods by other methods we will not accept refunds, return goods and not responsible for the package lose once it’s sent out.
7.For those who undervalued shipment,the buyer must awared the compensation amount will be based on the invoice amount if there is any loss.
8.Please refer to the must-do modifications of toy gun shipment for some countries as follows. If there are any other requirements, please advise us directly.

**USA / change to orange flash hider irremovable by hand.
**AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, ITALY, RUSSIAN FEDERATION /
Toy gun are considered as weapon, which are prohibited items to deliver these countries. Buyer must provide import license before placing order.
**JAPAN / With 10-shots certification to prove the muzzle power under 1J by using 8kg green gas around 28°C.
**SOUTH KOREA / Changed to orange flash hider irremovable by hand, and decrease the power under 0.2J by nozzle modification. 

Buyer Responsibilities
1. Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using products purchased.

2. Buyer assumes all shipping fees, which are entirely the responsibility of the customer. (including those for customer service part requests.)
3. Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. The buyer promises not to use the service in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.  It is the buyer's responsibility to check the legal requirements associated with import of our goods to their country.
4. Buyer needs to take photos of short video and send to [email protected] immediately if found we shipped the wrong items or package was damaged during shipping.

5. All of our products requires DIY skills and experience.
(If damage occurs due to DIY assembly, it is the customer's responsibility.)
 6. The website's power, speed, color are all for reference only, actual circumstances may vary. ( No refunds will be issued due to differences in power, speed, color. )

Refund policy
1.Returned products must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and manuals. Missing items can incur up to a 60% restocking fee, or denial for return.
2.(Only for EMS) We arrange refunds only when goods are returned to us, the buyer must pay both returned and shipped shipping fee plus 40% restocking fee from the original order amount (not included shipping fee) .  This situation also applies to parcels returned by buyer's local customs that neglected any reason.
3.Products that have been used or modified cannot be returned or replaced.
